Missing the flavors of Mexico, we could not find one of the key ingredients- the Elote. This white, non-sweet corn is a key component of so many traditional dishes in Mexico, Latin America and many parts of Africa. We started to develop and produce white, non-sweet corn (elotes) in the north of the USA. After years of work, we’ve been fortunate to sell our corn to customers in the Mid West, gaining a stronger appreciation of the deep connection between an ingredient and traditional cultural dishes. Boiled, grilled, de-kerneled, in tamales or however you prefer, our non-sweet elotes bring the original flavor to your traditional recipes that a sweet corn cannot provide.
